EXTRUDED FITTINGS Special shaped bars, as well as hexagon and round bars, are extruded to the required shape, then drawn to size, cut in length and straightened. To do this, round billet, varying from 8 to 12 inches in diameter, is heated and then forced by a pressure of approximately 80,000 pounds per square inch through a die of the desired shape. The resulting bar is cooled and then drawn again through additional dies to the desired shape. After straightening, the bar is ready for machining. The process produces a dense, non-porous material. FORGED FITTINGS Brass for forged fittings is extruded into round bars, cut to length and then straightened. After straightening, the bars are cut into short lengths (slugs), reheated to the pliable state and pressed between upper and lower die cavities at a pressure in excess of 25,000 pounds per square inch. After cooling, the excess material is trimmed away and the forged blank is ready for machining. This process produces a uniform piece of brass with exceptional strength. Duct-Less(Mini-Splits) - 72 standard combinations of line sets that differ by liquid line size, suction line size, insulation and lengths. INSULATION Standard Black Rubber insulation is a flexible, closed cell and light weight elastomeric material designed for insulating cooling and heating refrigerant lines. The insulation is produced in compliance with specification ASTM C 534-88. The service temperature range is from -150° F to 200° F. The insulation has a thermal conductivity K value of .25 at the mean temperature of 75° F in accordance with test method ASTM C 177. The insulation is weather and ultraviolet resistant. For maximum longevity, insulation material must be either painted or jacketed where outdoor environmental exposure is present. It also has an ASTM E- 84 25/50 fire and smoke rating. EZ-PULL® White or Black Polyethylene Hard Shell insulation is a flexible, polyethylene closed cell insulation with a polyethylene hard shell outer jacket designed to prevent tearing during installation. EZ-PULL® insulation is designed for insulating cooling and heating refrigerant lines and is marked every foot to assist with accurate refrigerant charge. EZ-PULL® insulation is weather and ultraviolet resistant and is paintable. For maximum longevity, insulation material must be either painted or jacketed where outdoor environmental exposure is present. The insulation is produced in compliance with specification ASTM E96-00. The service temperature range is in compliance with ASTM C 1427-07. EZ-PULL® insulation has a thermal conductivity K value of .25 at the mean temperature of 75° F in accordance with test method ASTM C 177. EZ-PULL® insulation is UL94 rated as ASTM E- 84 25/50 complaint as tested according to UL 723 for fire and smoke rating. EZ-PULL® insulation is available in ½’ and ¾: wall thicknesses. VIEW SPECS PEX Fittings, Tube, & Tools
PEX (cross-linked polethylene) tubing has been used for plumbing and radiant heat systems since the 1960's. It is safe for potable water service and comparatively easy to install. JMF brass, PEX fittings are used to join, route, and cap water service and radiant heat tubing. They are formed from heavyweight plumbing brass bar stock and are completely certified and safe for potable water systems. JMF PEX fittings are made in accordance with ASTM F197-4 and CSA B137-9/B137-10. JMF PEX fittings are easy to install and provide a secure connection using common crimp rings. SPECIFICATIONS
